Company DescriptionAuditorPermanent / Full-time – Monday to FridayChristchurch or Ashburton basedAsureQuality is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Auditor to join their team based either in Ashburton or Christchurch.

This full-time role (40 hours per week) is rostered Monday to Friday and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and varied position supporting New Zealand's Seed, Horticulture and Foresty industry and if have system evaluation approval even better.About The RoleYou'll conduct systematic and independent audits to assess compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and programme requirements.

Your work will involve reviewing processes, systems, and records to verify operator conformity and provide technically accurate audit reports.This role requires regular travel across both the North and South Islands, with time away from home for approximately 1–2 weeks each month.Key ResponsibilitiesAttain and maintain approved auditor status for specified programmesConduct audits in accordance with regulatory and AsureQuality proceduresMaintain up-to-date technical and regulatory knowledgeProvide timely and accurate audit reports and manage non-conformancesBuild strong working relationships with clients, regulators, and team membersParticipate in internal audits, special projects, and continuous improvement initiativesPromote and uphold workplace health and safety standardsWhat You'll BringExperience in Seed, Horticulture, or Forestry industries, or in auditing these sectors, plus system evaluation and approval experience, is an advantageStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesA commitment to continuous improvement and safetyIf you're looking for a meaningful role in a supportive team environment where your expertise contributes to the integrity of New Zealand's food and primary industries, we'd love to hear from you.Apply now and help us shape a safer food world.Additional InformationSystem Evaluation auditing approval will be advantageous.
