About the Role

  • NZIV Registered Rural Valuer
  • Based in Christchurch
  • Based from a brand new office in the heart of the CBD

The Opportunity

  • Rural valuations ranging from horticulture, dairy farms, beef farms, forestry, lifestyle blocks and more across the Christchurch region
  • Career defining opportunity undertaking valuations and advisory services for institutional, private, local and bank clients.
  • Undertaking property inspections, compiling valuation data, and creating quality reports within a high performing environment.

    • About You

  • NZIV Registered with Rural Valuations experience
  • Driven to succeed within a specialist valuation sector.
  • Self-motivated, accurate research & data management capabilities
  • Customer service orientated with great communication skills
