About the Role
As a Leading Hand Line Mechanic at Connetics, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of overhead line construction and maintenance projects across the Wellington region.
You'll lead a skilled crew, ensuring work is completed to a high standard while fostering a positive team environment.
Connetics is proud to have nationally recognised line mechanic teams spread across New Zealand, which offers this role opportunities to travel for training and emergency response support.

Having worked with a lines crew, you understand the importance leadership in these small, high-performing teams and the responsibility that comes with it.
We're looking for someone who can inspire their crew, maintain safety and quality, and enjoy the work along the way.

This is a full-time role (40 hours / week), with flexibility when the job demands it.
In Wellington, our crews are only on-call during major events (e.g. storm response), so your weekends are typically yours.
