Foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensure consistent quality and environmental standards are met within the team.Provide strong site leadership to the Manufacturing Teams and coach team members to ensure continuity of knowledge and skills in manufacturing practices.Assist team leaders in promoting a culture of high-quality manufacturing and maintaining exceptional health, safety and quality standards.Participate in Leadership Team activities such as Monthly Site Reviews and Business Planning sessions.Work with the GM Manufacturing & Technical to implement and share best practices for enhanced cost efficiency, accuracy and effectiveness.Influence and manage multiple stakeholders within a matrix organization, ensuring collaboration and sharing of best practices across the APAC region.Contribute to the development of Best Place to Work objectives through effective people management and talent management.About YouWe're seeking a candidate with at least 10 years of experience and a relevant tertiary qualification.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Safety, Health and Environmental standards and compliance, experience in instilling a safety-first culture, and leadership skills for both short and long-term performance.
They should possess analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and be able to inspire stakeholders and team members.
They should be comfortable managing multiple resources, take initiative and deliver value to the customer.
Experience in continuous improvement, Six Sigma and LEAN, preferably in plastic or continuous manufacturing industries.Why join us?
