Role

We're looking for a Campaign Executive to take charge of campaign management across Sky Free TV on a 12-month fixed term contract.

In this fast-paced role, you'll be the go-to expert for booking, trafficking, and delivering high-impact TV campaigns—working closely with agencies, clients, and internal teams to make sure everything runs like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities

Booking and managing all Sky Free TV campaigns, including guaranteed audience campaigns to ensure delivery against objectives.

Trafficking and coordinating all TV commercial materials, ensuring accurate input into traffic systems (BTS) and timely QC of all versions.

Liaising with agencies and direct clients to secure airtime, manage schedule changes, and resolve any booking conflicts.

Handling late campaign buys, amendments, and key changes with speed and precision to ensure smooth execution.

Monitoring campaign performance and assisting the sales team with planning, analysis, and reporting.

Ensuring accurate scheduling and playout of all commercials across channels, and managing missing materials and archiving expired versions.

What you will bring

Essential

Strong organisational abilities with a talent for prioritising tasks, managing deadlines, and keeping things running smoothly.

Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build trust and negotiate effectively.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, especially when working under pressure.

Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

A flexible and positive mindset, comfortable adapting to change and handling challenges with ease.

Preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Familiarity with the TV broadcast and media industry.

Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative mindset.
