Sales & Marketing Executive – Fragrance (Maternity Cover)

We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive – Fragrance (Maternity Cover) for a 12‑month contract based in Auckland. The role reports to the Marketing Manager – Fragrance and supports the Fragrance Brand Team with administrative, commercial, and marketing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day business support for fragrance brand portfolios, including reporting, pricing, and customer sell‑in tools
• Coordinate new product launches, promotional activity, and merchandising updates
• Maintain accurate forecasting and sales data to support business planning and S&OP
• Manage marketing activities and A&P budgets for selected brands
• Partner closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver marketing campaigns, retail activations, and events
• Be the main point of contact for assigned fragrance brands and contribute to business reviews and strategy meetings
