We're looking for an enthusiastic full-timer to join our Te Awamutu team.
This role requires someone who is energetic, highly driven and with a strong customer focus who can establish effective professional relationships across our diverse portfolio of clients.You will have a high desire to succeed and can identify new opportunities to grow and meet company objectives.
Just some of the things you're responsible for :
Customer loan inquiry and account management for new leads and existing customers.
Processing and assessment of loan applications
Disclosure of customer contract terms, contract signing, and account creation
Customer account arrears management
Attend training as required by MTF
Any other duties as may be reasonably required by the employer from time to time.
You'll need to have :
Enjoy working as a team but also capable managing your own workload.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Organised and efficient with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
High levels of integrity and privacy, able to maintain strict confidentiality
Confident working with numbers and can grasp new technology products quickly
No prior experience in lending or financial services necessary — we provide full training.
