ABOUT THE ROLE
The role is a hunting role to identify and develop new business opportunities for Superior Personnel across Auckland and Waikato.
You will be an experienced recruitment BDM with expertise in temporary recruitment / BDM.
This is a flexible role across Auckland and Waikato and can be a full-time or part-time role.
ABOUT YOU
You will be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge of BDM achievements in a recruitment setting and be a self-starter with a can-do attitude.
We are keen to hear from existing BDM's, as well as individuals on the senior operational side of recruitment hungry to give business development a crack.
Qualifications
B2B solution selling experience
Cold calling experience
Strong time management
Strong communication; verbal and written
Excellent negotiation and numerical skills
Professional attitude and presentation as well as highly motivated
A thirst for challenges, and you're not afraid of hard work
