Are you a great organiser with excellent communication skills and an eye for detail?
We are looking for a School / Department Coordinator to provide outstanding administrative support in the Faculty of Business, Economics and Law.
You will be joining a small team of Department / School Coordinators who support academic operations across our Business and Law Schools. You'll be focussed on supporting Department of Economics and Finance, within the Business School of the faculty.
You will work closely with the Senior Manager Operations and Technology to support Faculty-wide administration and projects.
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 5 years administrative experience, and be able to juggle competing priorities, apply excellent problem-solving skills, and demonstrate high attention to detail. The position requires initiative and a growth mindset, to respond flexibly to change and seek continuous improvement.
The Coordinator is expected to work both independently and collaboratively as needed, and the ability to work respectfully and constructively with a range of academic and professional staff is key to success in this role.

Salary : $73,000 - $100,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)
