Our innovative model features a dedicated Enrichment Teacher at every year level and an incredible team of Learning Assistants, all working together to personalise the learning journey.As Enrichment Coordinator, you will lead, inspire, and coordinate both Enrichment Teachers and Learning Assistants, helping them deliver differentiated support, rich extension, and targeted interventions.
This combined role comprises 0.5 FTE teaching as an Enrichment Teacher for Year 6, 0.2 FTE for screening administration, and 0.3 FTE for coordination and leadership responsibilities.
You will work with Deans and Assistant Principals, sharing successes and championing innovation so every learner is engaged, challenged, and included.ResponsibilitiesLead, inspire, and coordinate Enrichment Teachers and Learning Assistants to deliver differentiated support and extensions.Provide targeted interventions to ensure students are engaged, challenged, and included.Perform screening administration (0.2 FTE) as part of the role.Coordinate and provide leadership across the Enrichment program (0.3 FTE).
