Permanent Full Time role (1 FTE, 34 hours per week).
The School of Health & Counselling is seeking a skilled Mathematics Lecturer to support our NZ Certificate in Study and Employment Pathways programme, a bridging pathway into Nursing and Health programmes. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching in bridging or foundation programmes and a strong understanding of numeracy concepts contextualised to health sciences. Knowledge of health‑related science and literacy would be an advantage, as the role involves working closely with subject specialists to prepare students for success in higher‑level health qualifications.
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated person who has the drive and passion for teaching excellence. A Tertiary Teaching Qualification at Level 5 or NCALE (vocational) will be beneficial in this exciting opportunity.
