Job Description
- Lead all functions for the Front Office team
- Effective supervision of late guest arrivals and early departures (Check‑in / out)
- Supervision of night lobby services
- Conduct nightly audits and provide insightful reports to management
- Keep the hotel secure, efficient & guest‑focused
