We are looking for a skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team and take full charge of one of our high-performing stores in Pizza Club Papatoetoe. This is not your average franchise role, you will have the autonomy and responsibility to manage all aspects of the store’s operations, driving both growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Store budgeting and execution of business strategies
Product and supplier selection, purchasing, and pricing
Inventory, stock, and supply management
Marketing, advertising, merchandising, and promotional activity
Daily cash handling, banking, and payroll oversight
Recruitment, training, and supervision of store staff
Customer service and issue resolution
Compliance with health & safety, employment law, and food safety regulations
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have :
A relevant qualification at NZQF Level 4 or above (e.g., Retail Management, Business),
OR
At least three years of relevant work experience.
A combination of relevant qualifications and work experience will be an advantage
Additional requirements :
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Ability to work autonomously and manage full store operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Flexibility to work across shifts, including weekends and evenings
A clear drug test and clean police record
Experience in the pizza or quick-service food industry will be an advantage.
