Store Manager – Pizza Hut

Employment Type : Full‑time, Permanent

Minimum hours : 30 hours per week

QSR Brands Limited operates Pizza Hut stores across Auckland and is committed to delivering high-quality food and exceptional service in a fast-paced quick service restaurant environment.

We are currently seeking motivated Store Managers to lead our team and ensure the smooth, efficient and profitable operation of our Pizza Hut stores.

Key Responsibilities :

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management, performance and success of the store. Your duties will include (but are not limited to) :

  • Planning and managing the store’s product range and menu offerings at store level - ensuring optimal stock levels, menu balance and promotional focus to meet the customer demand, minimise waste and achive sales targets.
  • Promoting and selling goods and services, including overseeing local promotional activities and ensuring sales targets are met and maximise store profitability.
  • Developing and reviewing policies and procedures related to service standards to ensure a consistent, high‑quality customer experience.
  • Controlling the selection, training, supervision and performance management of staff to build a motivated and efficient team.
  • Ensuring compliance with occupational health & safety regulations, food safety standards and operational requirements.
  • Monitoring and maintaining food quality, hygiene and safety standards in accordance with brand and regulatory requirements.
  • Overseeing stock control, ordering and inventory management to ensure availability of key products and minimise waste.
  • Managing budgets, controlling costs and analysing financial performance to meet business goals.
  • Handling customer enquiries, feedback and complaints to maintain high satisfaction and brand reputation.
  • Analysing sales reports and implementing strategies to improve performance.
  • Providing feedback and operational insights to Director to support continuous improvement.

Requirements :

  • Diploma in Business, Management, Hospitality or a related field  OR  Bachelor’s degree in any discipline  OR  a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Strong leadership, team management, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Dedicated  to excellent customer service
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to occupational health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and operational requirements.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required.
