Night Manager Part-time

We are seeking a part-time experienced Night Manager to oversee all overnight operations ensuring residents receive exceptional customer service.

We are seeking a part-time Night Manager to join our inaugural team at UniLodge Auckland Central in Auckland. You will be responsible for all overnight operations ensuring residents receive a consistently exceptional experience. You shall be performing various administrative and support services and fostering a safe, secure and healthy living environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Part-time position : 32 hours per week across a Friday to Monday roster
• Manage, record and promptly resolve issues or emergencies that arise while on duty
• Represent as after-hours management, taking full responsibility of the building operations
• Act as a professional “Mentor” to residents and form a friendly and open point of contact for assistance, information and welfare
• Assist with after-hours check in’s & customer service enquiries
• Maintaining a full and detailed log of all incidents and call-outs throughout each shift
• Complete all back or front-office duties as handed over by day team
• Perform perimeter checks, manage in-house quiet hours, attend to emergencies and lockouts
• Respond to student incidents over the shift and maintain a clean and organised hall
