About the Role We're looking for a skilled Interface Manager to join our Auckland-based team on a major commercial construction project.
This is a hands-on role where you'll contribute to the planning, coordination, and delivery of civil works, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
You'll be involved in : Supporting / Managing the delivery of civil engineering components and site infrastructure.
Coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of civil works.
Lead / assist key interface planning with separate contracts Assisting with construction planning, scheduling, and procurement of civil packages.
Monitoring site activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards.
Providing technical input and problem-solving support during construction.
What You'll Bring At least 5 years experience working for a main contractor in Commercial or Civil Construction Solid understanding of NZ civil engineering standards and council requirements Experience working on commercial and civil construction projects, ideally with a main contractor.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach and a commitment to safety and quality.
