You'll provide leadership and support for business led programmes and projects, while managing the enterprise pipeline, reporting, and insights that power effective strategic delivery and continuous improvement.Key responsibilitiesDelivering our Operational plan — Drive delivery performance and collaborate with value streams and delivery teams to turn strategy into reality.
You'll lead and facilitate enterprise-wide planning events, and through strong collaboration and cross-team coordination you build alignment, clarity, and confidence to deliver our strategic outcomes.Governance and enterprise pipeline — Provide visibility of strategic delivery progress across the Society through accurate insights and reporting.
You'll oversee the enterprise pipeline to maintain a continuous flow of value, support governance with reporting and strategic insights for decision making, stay mindful of our risk appetite, and build a high-performing team to achieve our long-term goals.Support Enterprise run programmes and projects — Provide leadership and capability to support the delivery of business run programmes and projects in collaboration with Practice Leads.
