We're on the lookout for a customer service superstar to join our BNT Kumeu branch – someone who can not only deliver outstanding service but also help our customers choose the right parts to get the job done.ResponsibilitiesServing trade customers at the counter and over the phoneHelping customers find the right vehicle parts and solutionsPicking, packing, and processing customer orders accuratelySpotting opportunities to upsell or recommend related productsBuilding strong relationships with our loyal customer baseOccasional deliveries of parts to our customers or other branchesWhat you'll bringCustomer service experience (automotive or trade industry experience is a big plus)Computer skills are a must (basic excel skills are advantageous)A genuine interest in cars, or partsStrong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitudeAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and keep things accurateA team-first approach – everyone pitches in here!
