About the Role

We are seeking sales-oriented professionals to support AI training in customer communication, persuasion, and negotiation scenarios. You will review AI-generated responses to sales-related prompts and provide feedback for improving clarity, tone, and impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI responses to simulated sales and client interactions.
  • Provide feedback on empathy, clarity, and commercial reasoning.
  • Suggest improvements for persuasive communication and user intent.
  • Collaborate with reviewers to maintain consistent quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience in sales or account management preferred.
