We’re looking for a hands‑on, service‑focused Parts & Customer Service Specialist to join our National Parts Store team in East Tamaki. You’ll play a key role in keeping our Equipment Services operations running smoothly by ensuring fast, accurate, and efficient parts support to our field teams and internal stakeholders. This is a fast‑paced role where no two days are the same – perfect for someone who enjoys variety, problem‑solving, and working collaboratively.

Your Impact

• Provide friendly and efficient support for parts orders and customer queries
• Accurately pick, pack and dispatch orders within 24 hours
• Carry out daily cycle counts and manage stock accuracy
• Liaise with suppliers to track and communicate delivery ETAs
• Manage repairs and servicing of vending ancillary parts
• Support onboarding and coaching within the team as needed
• Maintain and promote high Health & Safety standards
• Provide backup support for the Parts & Customer Manager when required
