Support people going through natural disaster insurance claims and assisting in overall claims resolution and associated wellbeing needs.
This role provides wellbeing and practical support to homeowners navigating natural disaster insurance claims. It focuses on helping people manage the challenges and stress that arise during the claims process, assisting with claim resolution, and ensuring their overall wellbeing is supported throughout their recovery journey.
The role is 0.9 FTE = totaling 36 hours per week - between the hours of 8.30am-5.00pm (Monday to Friday) and based in Christchurch.
