As a Senior VisionPlus Business Analyst, you will help shape innovative, customer‑centric solutions that align with our industry‑leading vision.

Role & Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of card scheme regulations, including BaseI / Base II messaging, dual‑message flows, and tokenization impacts.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and systems analysts to gather requirements, analyze user needs, and design software solutions that meet those needs.
• Interpret Visa and Mastercard scheme interchange tables to ensure compliance.
• Review code written by developers to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and overall quality.
• Participate in crisis management and recovery for high‑priority incidents in production.
• Engage in high‑level estimation and resource planning.
• Coordinate among multiple stakeholders from internal and external systems to deliver end‑to‑end solutions that are customer‑centric and aligned with the bank’s vision and enterprise solution guidelines.
