About the Role
As a Call Centre Administrator, you will provide exceptional customer service through various channels i.e., phone and e-mail and establish positive relationships with parents, caregivers and organisations.
You will also demonstrate active listening to parents, caregivers, addressing all level of non-clinical inquiries, offering suitable solutions to meet their needs promptly where appropriate.
You will ensure all information is accurately documented.
You will have the ability to handle parent, caregiver, external complaints and resolve issues to ensure
satisfaction, escalating complex cases / situations when necessary.

We are a small call centre who receives call for all patients within the Waikato region, assisting our patients with enrolments and appointment bookings along with all other general queries.
