KiwiRail is seeking a skilled administrator to join our Business Support team.

In this busy and challenging role, you will manage administrative tasks, travel bookings, and support training operations.
Key responsibilities include :
Managing administrative tasks, travel bookings, and supporting training operations
Monitoring and updating various KR systems to ensure compliance across staff is upheld
Providing finance support, raising purchase orders, and managing invoicing
Presenting regular reports on compliance training and other requests as required
Delivering local site inductions to visitors and maintaining accident and incident reporting
Attending and administering a variety of meetings
To be successful in this role, you will have :
3 to 5 years' experience in administrative roles or business support
Working knowledge of SAP or similar systems
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
