Although internationally owned, we are still very much a local company - we manufacture our great tasting products across four factories in New Zealand (two in South Auckland and one each in Wellington and Nelson) and employ over 800 people nationwide. For over 160 years, we've been making some of New Zealand's favourite biscuits, crackers, potato chips and bars and it's been a pretty delicious journey, but for us, it's been about more than just the food.
Ever since John Griffin opened our first factory early in the 19th century, our communities have mattered to us too.
We're about getting stuck in and helping where we can, so everyone gets the chance to share in our passion for life and food.Across all of our manufacturing sites, we encourage a work environment that is exciting, challenging and we strive for innovation in everything we do.
Our aim is for our people to share in our success, enjoy our products and reap the benefits of their hard work within a supportive environment where work-life balance is encouraged, and genuine growth and career opportunities are on offer. In joining the Intersnack family, we now are a part of their global business – adding to their large portfolio of local and international snack brands, from potato chips, nuts, and baked products to specialty snacks.
