Our mission is clear : to be the global leader in regenerative healing and make our solutions accessible to all.The roleWe're seeking a full-time Operations Engineer to join our Technical Operations team.In this on-site role, you'll act as a key engineering liaison between production, development, and quality.
On a day-to-day basis, you'll : Monitor efficiency and performance across production lines.Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.Support investigations into quality events.Collaborate on new product transfers from Product Development to Commercial manufacture.You'll also play an active role in continuous improvement initiatives—driving solutions that enhance performance, compliance, and patient outcomes.Key responsibilities : Provide engineering support on equipment and SME support on Quality Events (CCFs, NCRs, etc.)Troubleshoot issues across manufacturing operations and drive effective design and process solutions.Manage AROA's commercial labelling process, including creation and updates.Lead and support continuous improvement projects.Prepare and review documentation within AROA's Quality Management System.What you'll bring!
An engineering degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Design.2+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment (medical device or pharmaceutical preferred).
