As a Sales Representative, you'll represent some of the most recognized brands in the market, building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional in-store execution.

You'll be responsible for achieving sales KPIs, driving distribution, and ensuring our brands stand out across your customer base.Key AccountabilitiesAchieve daily sales KPI targets across volume, revenue and profitVisit customers as per call cycle and deliver high execution standards in-storeGrow core product range by segment across the territoryEnsure a return on investment for company equipment through effective EQ managementManage customer administration including rebates, contracts, and equipment returnsDrive customer engagement with our portfolio through creative problem-solving and collaborationContribute to a safe workplace and support environmental responsibilitiesAbout YouIdeally 2+ years' field experience within FMCGTertiary qualification in a commercial discipline (preferred)Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to influence outcomesProven sales and commercial program execution skillsConfident in managing conflict and building long-term partnershipsHighly organized with strong time management and problem-solving abilityWhy Asahi Beverages?
