You'll be responsible for building strong customer relationships, executing to high standards in store, and driving sales performance across the region.
This role is well-suited to someone early in their career, with a positive attitude and ambition to grow within FMCG and develop long-term with Asahi Beverages.Key AccountabilitiesManage a portfolio of grocery and route trade accounts, ensuring executional excellence at each outletSell in SKUs, deliver promotional compliance, and increase volume, revenue, and profit against KPIsExecute fridges, chillers, displays, and planograms to Asahi standardsEnsure a strong return on equipment investment through EQ management and administrationTake ownership of customer engagement, solving problems and building long-term relationshipsManage customer administration (rebates, contracts, equipment returns) with accuracyAchieve sales and distribution targets, supporting NPD launches and national campaignsCollaborate with ASMs and the wider North Island team to share insights and deliver resultsAbout YouPositive attitude and willingness to learn are essential1–2 years' FMCG or customer-facing sales experience preferred (but not mandatory)Tertiary qualification in business or commerce is advantageousStrong communication and relationship-building skillsComfortable working autonomously across a territory while contributing to a wider team of 10Ambitious, commercially minded, and motivated to progress your career with AsahiCurrent driver's licenceWhy Asahi Beverages?
