Notice Period : 0-15 DaysQualification : Diploma, B.E / B. TechExperience : 2-4 YearsHands on experience with Calibration tools including ETAS + INCA.Hands on experience with field data logging tools – Vector tool.Expertise in CRDI Engine / DOC / DPF / SCR / vehicle functions / dataset management.Good knowledge of Indian and European Regulation standards for engine / vehicle (IS 12207 : 2008).

Knowledge of analysis tools like Concerto, MDA, Uniplot, etc.Minimum 2-3 years of experience in field testing or a related role.Familiarity with tractor design, functionality, and performance.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and reporting skills.Ability to work in outdoor environments and perform physical tasks.

• Conduct field tests : Plan, execute, and document field tests on tractors to evaluate performance, durability, and reliability
• Collaborate with teams : Coordinate with cross-function team (Testing Calibration, design, Quality, manufacturing teams to identify and resolve issues and seamless executions.
• Reporting and documentation : Prepare detailed reports and documentation of test results, findings, and recommendations
• Data collection and analysis : Collect and analyze data from field tests, identifying trends, and areas for improvement.
