You’re a passionate QA professional who thrives in collaborative, Agile environments. You have a keen eye for detail, love solving complex challenges, and are always looking for ways to improve processes with automation. Your ability to communicate technical concepts effectively allows you to engage with stakeholders across the business, advocating for quality at every stage.
What you’ll bring :
Expertise in Test Planning - A strong ability to interpret user stories and requirements to develop targeted micro and macro test plans, incorporating pragmatic test scenarios and reusable automation scripts that drive efficient and effective validation.
Collaborative Problem Solving - A consistent approach to working closely with squad members—including Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners—to proactively identify and resolve gaps in understanding or requirements, ensuring alignment and shared clarity.
Sound Judgment in Test Scope - The capability to apply situational awareness and technical insight to extend testing into non-functional areas (e.g. performance, security) when appropriate, ensuring comprehensive coverage and system resilience.
Technical Proficiency in Automation - Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality automated test code using frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, and BDD, with hands-on skills in Java SpringBoot, TypeScript, and NodeJS.
CI / CD Pipeline Expertise - Practical knowledge in building, configuring, and maintaining continuous integration pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, and GitHub Actions—ensuring test reliability, stability, and consistently green pipelines.
Clear and Actionable Reporting - The ability to produce clear, traceable automated test execution reports that highlight test coverage and requirement completeness, supporting informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
Structured Defect Management - A disciplined approach to reporting and tracking software defects in line with established workflows, contributing to efficient resolution and overall product quality.
