Overall, you can expect to :
Apply principles and professional knowledge and judgement to plan and implement projects of reasonable complexity
Provide technical design advice for structures and multi-disciplinary projects of reasonable complexity
Gain experience in work planning and financial management for local, national, and international projects
Build and foster internal and external relationships that lead to repeat work
Demonstrate effective communication, presentation, networking, and consulting skills
Be passionate about learning and seek feedback to ensure professional and technical career development.
Mou ake | About you
You are someone who is interested in both bridges and buildings.
You love to learn, love to share knowledge and can bring a fresh perspective.
You are a qualified Structural Engineer with a passion for design and problem-solving.
You have gained your design experience through working on buildings or civil structures and multidisciplinary projects.
Having recently started your career in a similar consulting environment, you will have an enquiring mind, an ability to problem solve and to think laterally.
How you work is important to us – we will value your enthusiasm and motivation to continue to learn from your peers and more senior members of the team.
You will be working towards (or have already secured) professional certification / registration with the relevant industry body.
