About the role
- As the first person of contact at our Junior School, you will provide a professional and welcoming reception service to all.
- This role has extensive contact with our students aged 3 through to 11 years old, along with visitors, staff and our wider School community.
- You will also be responsible for managing incoming telephone communications, as well general administrative tasks to support our school.
- This is a job share position working 2 days per week, 7 : 30am till 4 : 00pm, school term only.
Desired Skills And Experience
Proven experience as a receptionist, administrator, or in a similar customer facing role.Excellent communication and organisational skills with strong time management abilities to juggle multiple priorities. The ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapts quickly to change.People-focused with meticulous attention to detail, coupled with a flexible, proactive attitude and genuine willingness to help.Solid computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems and software quickly and independently.What we offer
