• About the role
• This role is part of the OMG Digital Operations team. The Digital Operations Assistant is responsible for supporting the team with executing implementation, ensuring quality assurance and delivery of digital advertising campaigns.Be a key member of the Operations team; responsible for the effective execution of all digital campaigns across Omnicom Media Group's varied client portfolio.The role includes campaign creation, creative testing & troubleshooting, ad-trafficking, campaign implementation and campaign optimisation. You will also play a crucial role in supporting data operations and BI setup and analytics across all earned, owned & paid digital media channels.Working as part of the Digital Operations team and alongside the wider digital teams covering Digital, Social, Programmatic, Technology and Analytics; your role will provide exposure to liaise with various parties within the digital spectrum; digital account managers, creative agencies, digital publishers, platform specialists, whilst maintaining continued collaboration with your colleagues to ensure best practices are observed.
• Skills & Experience
• In an ideal world, you will have experiences or knowledge within digital, media and advertising
• agencies or marketing technology business
• Basic knowledge of ad serving and digital delivery systems such as Google Marketing
• Platform (Campaign Manager 360), Sizmek (Amazon) or Flashtalking would be an advantage
• Good analytical skills, solid logical reasoning, strong written and verbal communication
• Basic to Intermediate Excel skills and use of Microsoft Office Suite
