Role

Food and Beverage All Rounder - you will be the face of our TRIBE revolution : a blend of elegance, innovation, and passion.

With your charismatic attitude you will inspire the team and guests to craft magical moments and create unforgettable memories.

Comfortable in English, you master the art of turning opportunities into triumphs while elevating the TRIBE lifestyle to new heights.

Responsibilities

Daily operations - Elevate dining experiences with personalised food and beverage suggestions within outlets and events

When challenges arise, transform obstacles into opportunities through problem solving and positive leadership

Customer relationship development : Foster close customer relationships and gather feedback

Interdepartmental collaboration : Ensure a consistent customer experience

Qualifications

Restaurateur at heart

Quality-oriented

Experience is highly desirable

Good level of English

Hold full working rights for New Zealand (this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship)

Willing to learn and grow across hotel departments, with a strong interest in mastering roles such as Front Office operations
