Key Responsibilities
This is a broad and varied role working with a diverse client. You’ll be involved in a range of corporate matters, including :
- Mergers & acquisitions
- Capital markets and private equity transactions
- Joint ventures and business restructuring
- Commercial contracting and company law
- Public takeovers, regulatory matters, and ICT-related work
You’ll work closely with senior lawyers and partners across offices, providing commercially astute, pragmatic advice and contributing to high-value transactions and advisory work across multiple sectors.
