The Dentons' Corporate and Commercial Team advises local, national and international clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.About this roleThe Corporate and Commercial Team advise local, national and international clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.

This includes listed companies, iwi, local subsidiaries of multinationals, fund managers, private companies, trusts, and individuals.As a Senior lawyer in the team, your responsibilities will be multifaceted.

Depending on your experience and areas of interest your work could include the following : mergers and acquisitions; domestic and international transactions; business and corporate advisory; capital markets; joint ventures, partnering and alliancing; resource and energy; and / or infrastructure projectsYou will be part of a dynamic and inclusive team that works in partnership with their clients, where you will get plenty of valuable experience.

You will need to be a strong team player and have a genuine ambition to establish yourself as a recognised professional in the corporate and commercial field.
