The opportunity

Are you a tax specialist looking for exposure to complex deals within your practice?

Do you thrive in a flat-structured team where your growth will be fast-tracked?

We have an exciting opportunity in our Auckland office for a talented senior associate with around six years PQE to join our top-tier tax team.

You'll work directly alongside our highly respected tax partner, Tony Wilkinson, on some of the firm's most significant and high-profile deals.

Our tax team is known for its close collaboration with our corporate and banking and finance teams, tackling a wide spectrum of work - from M&A, corporate restructurings, financing and securitisations.

What matters to us

To be successful in this role, you will also ideally have :

at least six years' PQE in a law or accounting firm (you must be admitted to the bar, or able to be admitted); and

experience with corporate tax matters relating to transactions and / or international tax.
