Responsibilities

• Execute manual and functional testing across web and API layers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
• Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA
• Validate business rules related to NZ Payroll, Billing, and HR compliance
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility using tools like Browser Stack
• Maintain and manage test cases using X-ray or similar test management tools
