Mo te Turanga | About the role :
We are looking for someone proficient in Salesforce testing.
You will work as part of our team to collaborate on specifications based on stakeholder requirements, validate the proposals, and test the solutions to be delivered.
Being part of the Engineering Practice at ASB we encourage our teams to work autonomously in an agile way while actively growing their skills and expertise to continuously improve outcomes for our customers.

Strong communication skills are crucial for conveying ideas and solutions to stakeholders and ensuring successful implementation.
You'll bring a strong mix of technical skills and a proactive, curious mindset.
To thrive in this role, you'll have :
Functional Testing of the Salesforce Solution, with Financial Services Cloud experience
End to End Testing - able to use multiple systems within the ASB environment to ensure everything works (On Prem, Cloud, New and Legacy tech)
Experience with manual and automated testing.
Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies, with the ability to design and execute comprehensive test strategies
Proven experience developing and maintaining test automation frameworks (e.g. Specflow, C# Selenium, Appium, Java, C# in Visual Studio)
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues
Experience working in Agile environments and adapting to evolving priorities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
Exposure to CI / CD tools such as Octopus & Azure DevOps
Experience in API automation testing
Experience in mentoring and guiding engineers
Passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement in testing practices
Experience with AccellQ
