HR Senior Executive, Compensation and Payroll (6-Month Contract)

Job Overview
Join a leading healthcare organization as a Senior Executive (Compensation and Payroll) , where you’ll play a key role in supporting the Corporate Office’s Performance & Reward team. You’ll help ensure smooth execution of compensation initiatives and accurate, compliant payroll processing for large-scale operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Compensation and Payroll Manager in day-to-day payroll and compensation matters.
Validate payroll data for institutions under the healthcare cluster to ensure accurate and timely payments, including bonuses, increments, and promotions.
Partner with the Centre of Excellence (CoE) to roll out compensation programmes for the Corporate Office.
Contribute to projects such as the Manpower Planning Budget System (MPBS) implementation and automation of inter-company billing (ICB) processes.
Work closely with payroll partners and system owners to resolve issues and ensure policy alignment.
Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
2–3 years of experience managing payroll and compensation for large organizations (1,000+ employees).
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple priorities.
Immediate or 1-week availability preferred.
