A newly created opportunity has arisen to join our Wellington Branch team in the role of Customer Service based in Porirua, Wellington.

Key Responsibilities of this busy role include :

Professionally handle customer inquiries and orders across various channels, provide knowledgeable showroom assistance, and promptly address complaints or queries.

Support the Branch Manager with their daily activities, maintain high attention to detail, and meet deadlines while improving product knowledge through research and training.

Manage spare parts, physically receiving and dispatching parts and whole goods orders.

To have a high degree of attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.

Previous strong customer service skills and the ability to handle this busy and diverse role and a background in retail / ecommerce environment is advantageous.
