Stewart Island Experience is looking for a friendly, proactive, and organisedCustomer Service Consultantto join our team in Oban.As a key front-line team member, you'll be the welcoming face of Stewart Island Experience, ensuring our visitors receive outstanding service from check-in to departure.

You'll also play a vital role in promoting and selling our tours, excursions, and retail offerings, while supporting operational duties at the Oban wharf and terminal.As a Customer Service Consultant your role will include : Customer Service & Hosting : Greet and assist visitors warmly, anticipate their needs, and ensure public areas are clean and well-stocked.Sales : Promote and sell Stewart Island Experience products using effective selling techniques, handling transactions accurately.Fleet & Freight Management : Prepare rental fleet vehicles, manage freight documentation, and support safe loading / unloading of goods.Ferry Wharf Support : Assist with passenger check-in, luggage handling, and ferry operations including line handling and manifest preparation.Operations & Administration : Maintain equipment, liaise with operations staff, and ensure shift duties are completed and documented.What are we looking for?

Proven experience in customer service and salesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA proactive, team-oriented attitudeDrivers licence (P licence would be an advantage)What do you get out of this?
