We're looking for a strategic and systems-focused

Senior Advisor, Operational Policy

to join a busy team on an hourly rate contract starting ASAP until the end of March 2026.

In this role, you'll work as a connector point between policy teams, operational teams and regulatory system participants including treaty partners.

It acts both as a translator between policy and operations with an aim to create better outcomes for the regulatory system that they support.

What You'll Bring

Experience in policy implementation, regulatory systems or operational policy

Experience in one or more of the following : development of policy, interpretation and application of legislation, and operational policy functions.

Experience translating regulations or legislation into operational policy

Experience bridging the gap between policy and operations.

Knowledge of regulatory stewardship, systems thinking and service design would be a bonus but not essential.

Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
