The successful candidate will have the chance to work closely with partners, mentor juniors, and contribute to a variety of transactions both in New Zealand and cross-jurisdictionally.ResponsibilitiesMergers and acquisitionsManage commercial contracts and provide general advisory workAssist in business structuring and shareholder arrangementsWork closely with partners and clientsSupervise and mentor junior team membersQualificationsWith 7+ years PQE in corporate and / or commercial law under your belt, you possess excellent technical skills and are adaptable and solutions focused.

Your ability to build rapport with clients enables you to deliver practical and professional advice.

An interest in mentoring more junior lawyers demonstrates your commitment to fostering a supportive team environment.
