We are seeking an experienced Senior Laboratory Technician to join our team in Onehunga. This is a full-time, permanent position offering an excellent opportunity for either an established senior technician or a technician ready to take the next step in their CMT laboratory testing career. The role is hands-on and physically demanding, requiring a reasonable level of fitness. The nature of the work may require early starts, late finishes and occasional overtime.

• Conduct geotechnical laboratory tests on soil, rock, aggregate, and concrete samples
• Perform all work in accordance with IANZ accreditation and project management system
• Sign off testing and reports as KTP
• Ensure laboratory calibrations are complete and accurate
• Train junior technicians in test methods and our quality management system
• Allocate tasks to technicians
• Collaborate with clients to ensure high-quality project outcomes
• Motivate and lead the team with enthusiasm and positive energy
