Division Manager

The jobAs Manager of our Jobbing and Insurance Division, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of end-to-end projects in the renovations and insurance space for clients throughout the lower South Island.

This is a busy role in a team that works with multiple clients.As a member of the senior leadership team, you will take an active role in contributing to our continued success.

You will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategy and tactics that enhance divisional and wider Breen performance, managing and leading people, increasing efficiencies, enhancing our strong safety culture and focus on sustainability, improving margins and generating great outcomes for our customers.About youYou will be an accomplished and experienced construction industry manager who brings vision with pragmatism, and the ability to set ambitious goals and the operational nous to support your team to succeed consistently.

This is a role that requires strong people skills, discipline and a relentless drive to make a visible impact.

You'll be a proactive individual with a desire to grow the business, improve efficiencies and lead by example.
