Road Transport Manager

Job descriptionLevel 2 or higher qualification Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient transport operations and customer service. Oversee daily road transport activities, including scheduling, dispatch, and after-sales service. Review and improve operational programs and procedures to maximise efficiency and service quality. Manage, motivate, and provide direction and feedback to transport staff and drivers. Assist in recruitment, training, and development of transport team members. Plan and implement after-service support to ensure customer satisfaction and address feedback. Liaise with clients, staff, and management to identify expectations and develop solutions to meet operational needs. Monitor compliance with health & safety, road transport regulations, and company policies. Maintain accurate records of transport operations, staff performance, and service delivery. Prepare operational and performance reports for senior management. Ensure safe and efficient use of vehicles and equipment. Undertake any other duties within the scope of the role as required.

Pay Rate : $34 per hour
Hours of Work : 30 – 40 hours per week
