About The Role
This is a full-time, permanent position for an energetic and self-driven sales professional ready to take ownership of an established territory.
You'll be selling a varied product portfolio backed by the reputation of the Adaptalift Group and the Hyster brand.
This is a true on-the-road role – perfect for someone who loves being out with customers, not behind a desk.
What You'll Be Doing
Building and managing a sales pipeline across a diverse product range within a defined territory
Managing the full end-to-end sales process – prospecting, developing relationships, recommending tailored solutions and closing sales
Working cross-functionally with internal teams to identify and maximise new business opportunities
Preparing, presenting and closing quotes, and following up leads to drive results

About You
You're an energetic, results-driven sales professional who thrives in a competitive, fast-moving environment.
Here's What It Will Take
Proven on-road B2B sales experience, ideally within transport, automotive, capital equipment, warehousing, construction or similar industries.
Ability to identify and develop strategic opportunities while delivering hands-on implementation
Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable managing your own territory and time
Resilient, fast-moving and independent – you like to make things happen
