What this job can offer you
Sales helps prospective and active customers experience Remote’s Global HR Platform. This is a pure hunting role driving net new business for Remote, with a focus on APAC and ANZ markets.
Responsibilities
- Create opportunities and maintain detailed notes with accurate close dates.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing as a hunter.
- Maintain a clean and current pipeline of volume-based, high-velocity opportunities.
- Present and deliver information to potential clients and answer questions promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client experience and processes.
- Close deals efficiently while guiding clients through the process.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas based on role level.
- Identify new opportunities and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Understand the needs of small and mid-sized businesses and design solutions to meet them.
- Self-generate leads through calls, visits, networking, and events.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to initiate, qualify, and close deals for net-new logos; experience selling into ANZ and APAC markets preferred.Ability to cold-call to build pipelines and qualify opportunities with multiple decision-makers.Strong problem-solving, objection handling, and pricing negotiation skills.Solid knowledge of sales processes and tools (LinkedIn, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LeadIQ, Outreach, Clari, etc.).Experience with SaaS sales and hunting roles is preferred; strong understanding of Remote’s services is a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication; English fluency required.Desirable characteristics

On-Target Earnings for this position range from $74,656 USD to $188,976 USD , with the base salary accounting for 50% of OTE. Base pay is determined by location, skills, experience, and market conditions. The salary bands reflect Remote’s global compensation approach and may change over time.
