Chapter Lead in the Identity and Integration space

About the role : Lead & Inspire :
Provide technical and people leadership to a Chapter of around 15 reportees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Coach & Develop :
Offer hands-on coaching, mentoring, and development, creating a safe environment for the growth of PACE mindsets and practice skill-sets.
Empower Growth :
Support Chapter members in sourcing feedback, setting personalized performance goals, and crafting development plans.
Champion Quality :
Ensure work quality, consistency, and simplicity—always striving to do things right.
Set Standards :
Define technical standards, tooling, policies, and guardrails for your Chapter.
Stay Connected :
Contribute hands-on to deliver Practice / Tribe / Platform outcomes, staying closely connected to your core craft.
Workforce Planning :
Balance Development Chapter capability and capacity with business needs—source and hire top talent as required.
Collaborate & Innovate :
Work with other leaders to mobilize talent and deliver ASB's strategic priorities, and drive innovation across teams.
What you will be responsible for?
Fostering a continuous learning culture and encouraging teams to demonstrate PACE mindsets.
Ensuring happy, safe, and capable Chapters through strong people leadership.
Supporting career planning, performance, and development objectives for all team members.
Providing coaching and resolving performance or behavioral issues.
Ensuring compliance with people processes, policies, risks, controls, and wellbeing.
Driving knowledge sharing and technical leadership, inspiring craftsmanship and upskilling.
Maintaining visibility of work demands and providing suitable resource solutions.
Enhancing employee experience throughout work assignments.
Creating, contributing to, and ensuring adherence to best-fit guardrails and tools.
